NXG Thrive delivers a full range of therapeutic, lifestyle, developmental and communitybased services for children and young people (CYP) through both face-to-face and virtual delivery models. These services sit under the NHS England National Framework for Mental Health & Wellbeing Services (Reference:F/102/MHWS/25/SB) and are designed to support early intervention, prevention, targeted work and specialist needs across a wide range of UK settings.

Therapeutic & Clinical Support Services

Evidence-informed interventions delivered by qualified practitioners Our therapeutic and clinical services are designed to support CYP who are experiencing emotional difficulties, mental health challenges or emerging needs requiring structured intervention. These services help young people develop coping strategies, build emotional resilience and improve daily functioning.

Services in this category include:
Mental Health Support (Face-to-Face & Online)
Early intervention sessions designed to support CYP with anxiety, low mood, emotional dysregulation, stress and emerging mental health needs.

Counselling for Children & Young People
Structured counselling delivered by qualified practitioners, available both in-person and through secure online video sessions.

Eating Disorder Support
Specialist early-stage intervention for CYP experiencing disordered eating patterns, body image concerns or emerging restrictive/binge-related behaviours.

Behavioural Support
Targeted support to address behavioural challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, communication challenges and pro-social skills.

Parent-Infant Mental Health Support
Attachment-based support designed to strengthen bonding, improve emotional attunement and support vulnerable parents/carers and young babies.

Health & Lifestyle Support Services

Building healthier habits, routines and wellbeing outcomes

Our lifestyle and public health programmes empower young people to make positive, sustainable changes that benefit both their physical and emotional wellbeing.

Services in this category include:
Stop Smoking Support (Face-to-Face & Online)
Behavioural and motivational support for CYP who want to reduce or quit smoking and/or vaping.

Physical Activity Programmes
Engaging movement-based sessions promoting confidence, emotional regulation and healthy routines.

Weight Management Interventions
Non-judgemental support focused on nutrition, positive routines, physical activity and emotional wellbeing around food.

Alcohol & Substance Use Support
Early intervention and harm-reduction support for CYP experimenting with or struggling with substance use.

Social Prescribing for CYP
Connecting young people with community groups, activities and wellbeing opportunities based on their interests and needs.

Oral Health Promotion
Education and behaviour-support programmes focused on dental hygiene, routine building and healthy habits.

Communication, Development & Community Support

Specialist interventions supporting communication, independence and social development
These services support CYP with communication needs, social development needs and complex behaviours, particularly those in SEND, Alternative Provision or Residential Care.

Services in this category include:
Speech & Language Therapy (SLT)
Assessment and intervention supporting speech sounds, language development, social communication and expressive/receptive skills.

Community Support Services
Practical support for CYP who need guidance engaging with school, community activities, routines or pro-social opportunities.

Peripatetic Care Services
Flexible outreach support for high-need CYP who require additional supervision, emotional regulation support, stability and day-to-day guidance.
